From Tuesday March 24th 2009 cultural_capital was being cared for by Sarah Cook at home in Newcastle, a 10th floor flat facing west out of the city.
On Friday 3rd April 2009 she distributed the sour-dough starter on her journey to Edinburgh. In Edinburgh one portion of the sour-dough starter was given to Michelle Kasprzak to care for.
